This patient came in with concerns with lack of volume to her breasts. She desired fuller breasts, but she also disliked the fold near her underarms. She achieved that look by undergoing a silicone breast augmentation using 545CC SRX (Smooth Round Extra-Full Profile) Allergan Silicone Implant and Liposuction to her Anterior Axillas.
